This company could not sort out a problem with THEIR courier, Parcel Force. Appalling Parcel Force didn't deliver correctly. Calls to Discount Medical resulted in me being given a PF No. to sort it out myself, which I couldn't . DM then said we will call you about the whereabouts of your order when PF driver finishes round. I told them I wouldn't be there the next day as I now had to visit the disabled person. No call or message but DM kindly let the driver deliver the next day when I wouldn't be there. When I queried this, DM person said' I don't work for PF, how can I do anything?' Moronic and uncaring.

I didn't realise you were on Trustpilot otherwise I would have thanked you earlier! Another parcel from you today and I want to thank you because you are the best place I know to buy spares for me.

I ordered a power-adapter for an in-home ultrasound unit but it didn't fit. Discount Medical Supplies refused to take it back even though I had not used it (could not use it) stating:

In this case, I am sorry this item is non-returnable due to hygiene pro col/ Anything opened, used, or tried-on.

I'm really annoyed as they didn't tell me I couldn't return it if it didn't fit. There was nothing hygienic about it.
